Help Medicare-eligible seniors compare and enroll in Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans. Handle inbound and outbound leads, conduct needs-based consultations, and support clients through enrollment. Active health insurance license required. Medicare certifications (AHIP) preferred.
For motivated candidates who want to enter the Medicare insurance field. You’ll complete your state health insurance licensing (we’ll guide you), learn our products, and transition into a full agent role upon licensure. No prior insurance experience required — strong communication skills and a passion for helping people are a must.
Support existing clients with plan questions, claims navigation, provider lookups, and annual reviews. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our member base — keeping seniors informed and satisfied between enrollment periods. Insurance or healthcare customer service experience preferred.
Oversee agent licensing records, carrier appointments, CMS compliance documentation, and internal process management. Ideal for someone with experience in a Medicare or health insurance back-office role. Detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with CMS marketing and enrollment guidelines.
Manage our digital lead generation channels including paid search, SEO, social media, and email campaigns. Build landing pages, write compliant ad copy, and analyze performance data. Healthcare or insurance marketing experience a plus. Must be comfortable with CMS advertising compliance guidelines.
Base salary or hourly pay plus commission, depending on role. Annual reviews and performance bonuses.
