Some beneficiaries on both Medicare Parts A & B and Medicaid may be eligible for a Medicare Advantage D-SNP with grocery, utility, and wellness allowances.
D-SNPs are available to people with Medicare Parts A & B who also have Medicaid. For certain allowances such as a grocery benefit, you must also have an eligible chronic condition. (Amounts distributed monthly or quarterly depending on the plan.)
